Hedyeh tried becoming a vegetarian a few times in her early 20’s but always failed. She never stopped craving all those delicious foods that were made with meat. Until she focused on Iranian cuisine, which is where she is from. Hedyeh realized that Iranian food or middle-eastern cuisine, in general, has a variety that could be made without meat and still as delicious and satisfying. On her blog, she shares with you her favorite go-to vegetarian meals.
